SJY High-Efficiency Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) System utilizes micro-bubble technology to attach and float suspended solids, oils, grease, and colloids to the surface for easy removal. It features a high-pressure dissolved air pump and releaser for uniform bubble distribution. Ideal for pretreatment in food processing, oil & gas, textile, paper mills, slaughterhouses, and municipal wastewater to reduce TSS, COD, BOD, and FOG.
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Unit is an efficient solid–liquid separation system that removes suspended solids and oils through microbubble flotation. Widely used for pretreatment, oil removal, water reuse, landscape water circulation, and phosphorus reduction. Effectively lowers SS, BOD, COD, and total phosphorus—ensuring stable and reliable operation of downstream processes.
