1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at www.sjyclean.com, requesting quotations, or engaging with SJY water treatment solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to environmental engineering companies, municipal contractors, industrial facilities, and water treatment system integrators.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2 Our Services

All equipment is manufactured in our 5,000㎡ facility with 4 production lines, ensuring quality control and timely delivery. Our systems handle capacities from 10 to 50,000m³/day across diverse industrial applications.
3 Business Terms & Eligibility
Our services are exclusively available to qualified business entities, including:

4 Orders & Quotations
Quotation Process
- • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise
- • Custom solutions require detailed technical specifications
- • Prices are subject to raw material cost fluctuations

Order Confirmation
- • Written purchase orders required for all transactions
- • Technical drawings and specifications must be approved
- • Production begins only after deposit payment
- • Changes after production start may incur additional costs
Important: All technical specifications, capacity requirements, and site conditions must be clearly communicated during the quotation process to ensure optimal system design and performance.
5 Payment Terms
Standard Equipment
30% deposit, 70% before shipment
For containerized units and standard systems
EPC Projects
30% deposit, 60% progress, 10% retention
For turnkey project solutions
Custom Solutions
Terms negotiated per project
Based on project scope and timeline
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other internationally recognized payment instruments.
Currency: All prices quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect final pricing for extended payment terms.
Late Payment: Overdue payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month and may result in shipment delays or service suspension.
6 Delivery & Installation
Delivery Terms
- • Standard delivery: 15-45 days from deposit receipt
- • Custom systems: 30-90 days depending on complexity
- • Delivery terms: FOB, CIF, or as negotiated
- • Packaging: Export-standard wooden cases/containers
Installation Support
- • Remote technical guidance included
- • On-site installation available (additional cost)
- • Comprehensive installation manuals provided
- • Video call support during commissioning
Global Reach: We regularly ship to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, South America, Central Asia, and North America. Local shipping and customs requirements will be communicated during order processing.
7 Warranty & Support
Equipment Warranty
- • Main equipment: 12 months from commissioning
- • Electrical components: 12 months
- • Wearing parts: 3-6 months
- • Membrane modules: As per manufacturer specs
Technical Support
- • 24/7 remote monitoring (IoT systems)
- • Email/phone support during business hours
- • Spare parts availability for 10+ years
- • Annual maintenance programs available
Warranty Conditions: Warranty coverage requires proper installation, operation within specified parameters, and use of approved consumables. Damage due to misuse, negligence, or force majeure events is excluded.
Performance Guarantee: Our systems are designed to exceed national discharge standards and maintain consistent performance throughout their 10+ year operational lifespan when properly maintained.
8 Limitation of Liability
SJY's liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective equipment under warranty terms. We shall not be liable for:
- • Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
- • Business interruption or loss of profits
- • Damages exceeding the contract value
- • Issues arising from improper installation or operation
- • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper site preparation, utilities connection, and compliance with local regulations. SJY provides technical guidance but final implementation responsibility lies with the customer or their designated contractors.
9 Intellectual Property
All designs, technical drawings, specifications, software, and proprietary technologies remain the exclusive property of SJY. Customers receive a non-exclusive license to use our technology solely for the intended application.

Customer Restrictions
- • No reverse engineering or replication
- • No unauthorized distribution of documentation

10 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during business discussions, including but not limited to technical specifications, pricing, and project details.
Mutual Protection
SJY respects customer project confidentiality and expects the same protection for our proprietary technologies, manufacturing processes, and business information. This obligation continues beyond contract termination.
11 Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. Equipment purchase contracts cannot be cancelled once production has commenced without mutual agreement and potential penalty charges.
Immediate Termination
- • Material breach of contract terms
- • Non-payment beyond agreed terms
- • Violation of intellectual property rights
- • Insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings
Post-Termination
- • Warranty obligations remain in effect
- • Spare parts support continues
- • Confidentiality obligations persist
- • Outstanding payments remain due
12 Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or related contracts shall be resolved through:
1. Negotiation
Good faith discussions between authorized representatives of both parties.
2. Mediation
If negotiation fails, mediation through recognized international commercial mediation services.
3. Arbitration
Final recourse through arbitration under ICC or SIAC rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
